Payments

These platforms ask you to provide sensitive information to complete and verify purchases. Such third-party payment platforms are subject to their own security standards, policies, and terms of use. Data
Most of the data deyq Services collects is provided to us directly by you. Deyq Services collects and processes data when you register online or place an order for deyq Services products or services, voluntarily participate in a customer survey or provide feedback on our message boards or via email, or use or view deyq Services through your browser's cookies. deyq Services securely stores your data with WordPress and WooCommerce in a database encrypted with a strong password. Deyq Services uses a secure HTTPS connection and an SSL certificate for your client. Strong encryption is used to protect your privacy and security. Data sent to and from https://deyq.com is always encrypted. We consider strong encryption so important that we do not provide a way to disable it, which would compromise the security of your data on deyq Services. All insecure HTTP requests are also automatically redirected to the secure HTTPS version. Deyq Services maintains firewalls and has processes in place to notify us of unauthorized access attempts to deyq Services accounts. We continuously monitor web traffic and monitor for suspicious activity. Deyq Services has also implemented measures to protect against Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attacks. Please note that we do not approve testing of our security measures. Attempting to test deyq Services' security measures yourself may result in your IP address being temporarily or permanently blocked. Deyq Services regularly backs up website data so that we can restore it in the event of data loss (e.g., due to a power outage or natural disaster). WordPress stores user data in its wp_users table in its database. Only the most basic user information is stored here, including user name (user_login), password (user_pass), and email (user_email). WooCommerce uses both WordPress database tables and its own tables to store data. However, there is no dedicated table for customer data. This data is stored in various database tables, which can sometimes make retrieval difficult. Deyq Services customers' credit card numbers and security codes are never stored on deyq Services. The payment gateway forwards this sensitive information directly to the payment processor. Our payment gateway is designed so that credit card data never enters or passes through deyq Services'
databases.
